  • Step 1: Book an appointment

    Start your journey by booking a consultation — either online or in person at our Johannesburg or Cape Town clinic. This is the first step toward a safe, structured, and medically guided weight management program.

  • Step 2: Complete prescreening

    Before your visit, you’ll receive a short health questionnaire via email to complete. This helps our doctors understand your goals, medical history, and any existing conditions, ensuring your program is tailored to you.

  • Step 3: InBody or Dexa scan

    We use advanced body composition scans to establish your baseline. These scans provide detailed insights into your weight, muscle mass, and fat distribution — giving us accurate data to track your progress.

  • Step 5: Doctor's consultation

    Meet with one of our doctors either in person or virtually for a comprehensive medical evaluation. We’ll assess your eligibility for treatments such as GLP-1 therapy, review your health concerns, and outline the safest, most effective plan for your needs.

  • Step 6: Dietician consultation

    Our registered dietician, Henriette from The Nutrition House, will create a personalised nutrition plan to support your treatment. Her approach is practical, balanced, and designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.

  • Step 7: Monthly check-ins

    Your journey doesn’t stop after your first appointment. We’ll meet with you regularly to review your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and ensure you have the support and accountability you need.
